Our efficient four step procedure makes joining with Andromeda a seamless process. Beyond your initial conversation with your existing vendor, you won’t even need to interact with them on the transition – we will handle all of it.

Once you sign with us, our dedicated team will take over and guide you through the process; from scheduling to collecting the little bit of information we need from you.

Rest assured, this will be much easier and less disruptive than what you are thinking, and, if you have been through this before, it will be better than last time…Galaxies better!

Yes, we do run into this from time to time, and it has never been a show-stopper.  Our team knows how to work around the issues this presents, and you will still see a seamless transition.

Week 1
Paperwork is signed and onboarding begins. Getting acquainted and info gathering.
Week 2
Kickoff call with you and our Project Team.
Discuss onboarding procedures and schedule technical work.
Week 3
This is where the magic happens!
  1. Remote & Onsite discovery by engineer
  2. Coordination discussions with outgoing MSP
  3. Loading security applications on all covered devices
Week 4
Finish up. Transition you over to our Service Team to start day-to-day service.

These items happen throughout the entire process:

  1. Documentation –We will securely and completely document your environment.
  2. Communication –You will always be in the loop on what is coming next, what has been done, etc.
  3. Adjusting as things come up. Every environment is different, but we will be ready for it.

 

We promise to give you service and experience far beyond what you were getting before us. If at any point in our journey together you find that isn't the case, your monthly service fee will be FREE until we fix it.
