On September 28, 2019 Andromeda Technology Solutions held their company wide picnic celebration. All the executives and team members along with their families were invited to participate. This event is a longtime tradition of the 25-year-old company. It is a great time to relax, eat, play and have fun.
As the Andromeda teams are very competitive, most of the picnic ends up as a competition from how much a team ate to which team hit 100% attendance.
This year the Integrated Security Team made 100% attendance. The competition didn’t end there. A giant inflatable archery target was available at the picnic where teams had to shoot an arrow and try to hit the center circle.
Many employees and their families participated and struggled through many rounds of play, but the game was finally finished with Ben Grover & Lisa Peebles winning it all! In truth, there were several extremely talented archers that dominated the competition.
Other activities that were available were pumpkin decorating, face painting, a bounce house with inflatable slide, football, balloon artist, bonfire, marshmallow roasting, and raffle. There was truly something for everyone to participate in.
To feed everyone in attendance, there was a food truck on hand to serve delicious burgers, sausages, chicken, etc. Dessert was not forgotten with cupcakes, taffy apples, cookies and s’mores available for every sweet tooth.
Heather Zaragoza, Andromeda Senior Executive Assistant, spends many months planning and coordinating this event. Her beautiful decorations and wonderful activities were enjoyed by all. It was great seeing all the team members socializing and enjoying themselves. We can’t wait for next year!
